Join Ponyland Team for our Autumn Family Riding Day, an opportunity for families and equestrian enthusiasts of all ages to enjoy a full day of horse-related activities, fun, and learning. This event is designed to provide a welcoming environment where participants can interact with our horses, learn riding basics, and experience the joys of equestrian life in a safe and structured setting.
The event begins at 10:00 AM with a welcome and introduction session. Our instructors will provide a brief overview of the day’s program, introduce our team, and share safety instructions and guidelines for interacting with the horses. Participants will receive an introduction to equestrian etiquette, including how to approach a horse, proper handling techniques, and the importance of safety equipment.
From 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, families can participate in guided riding sessions. Each session is designed to accommodate different skill levels, from complete beginners to more experienced riders. Children and adults will have the chance to learn basic riding techniques, including mounting and dismounting, balance, posture, and simple commands. Instructors will work closely with participants to ensure a personalized, safe, and enjoyable experience.
A break and horse care workshop follows from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Participants will learn how to groom, feed, and care for our horses, gaining hands-on experience in stable management. Our team will explain the daily routines involved in maintaining horse health, including brushing, checking for injuries, and understanding horse behavior. This workshop emphasizes empathy and respect for animals, providing valuable lessons for young and adult riders alike.
After lunch, from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, attendees can engage in fun riding games and team activities. These activities are designed to build confidence, coordination, and teamwork while allowing participants to enjoy a more playful aspect of riding. Games include obstacle courses, relay rides, and balance challenges, all under the supervision of experienced instructors.
The day concludes with a reflection and community session from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Participants can share their experiences, ask questions, and receive tips for continuing their equestrian journey. Certificates of participation will be provided for children and beginners, celebrating their achievements and encouraging continued engagement with the sport.
Autumn Family Riding Day at Ponyland Team promises a full day of learning, fun, and connection with horses. It is a unique opportunity for families to spend quality time together, deepen their understanding of equestrian activities, and create lasting memories with our equine partners.
